Just a reminder to wear sunscreen this summer!
This happened to me a few weeks ago after forgetting that I no longer had long hair to cover my upper back.
It stung for two days, making sleeping really hard and then it peeled.
So not worth it when a squirt of sunscreen would have stopped it occurring.
